For your world, your people, and your bottom line.

Innovations in green technology and sustainable practices have had dramatic positive impacts on the environment, the wellbeing of those who live and work in buildings where green design and planning have been implemented, and the bottom line of organizations that have made sustainability a priority.

Your World

Implementing best practices in sustainability in your operations will have a direct positive impact on the environment. The positive impact may include a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, improved water quality, and increased awareness of the realities and benefits of renewable energy.

Your People

People are the lifeblood of any organization, and there is little doubt that they are more productive and less likely to leave an organization, when they are satisfied with the meaningfulness of their work, as well as the environment in which they work, including remote workspaces.

Your Bottom Line

Life cycle costing has dispelled the myth that implementing sustainable practices is detrimental to an organization’s bottom line. In fact, in many instances, savings can be realized far sooner through sustainable practices than by way of traditional means.

Honoring the Past, Promising the Future.

Sitting Bull, one of the most prominent Native American leaders in U.S. history, once said, “Let us put our minds together and see what life we can make for our children.” The life he must have hoped for not only included future generations’ physical well-being, but also the well-being of the land on which they would live. Our slogan, “Honoring the Past, Promising the Future,” serves as our guide in our work to see what life we can make for future generations, by restoring and healing the land on which we (and they) live, the air we breathe, and the water we drink through sustainable practices, utilizing modern innovations and technology.

We'll start where you are.

There are many opinions regarding the current state of the environment, how it got to this state, and how we should move forward to improve it. We’re not in the business of politicizing or litigating the past and who caused what to happen. Nor are we in the business of telling anyone (or any organization) that they are not doing enough. Instead, we like to focus on what you are doing--or what you’re interested in doing, even if you're not doing anything at all yet--and build upon that.

We place a premium on the client experience and focus deeply on maintaining positive interactions throughout every step of our engagement. We’ve learned through experience that the best results happen through an integrative process, bringing all of the stakeholders together early in the process to encourage open, honest communication and collaboration.
